And I am here back to the articles. So there are two main problems with project catalog, people are always asking about:
- easy refunds?
- how to add milestones?
Refunds
Everyone is scared of easy refunds in the Upwork catalog. To be honest, I was also sure, it's working somehow in another way as these refunds are not documented.
However, I was lucky enough to get the LIVE AGENT from Upwork support. They exist!
So long story short, it works at the same way as 14-days release Upwork fixed price contracts.
New milestones.
One more often question is how to add additional miles?
Nohow.
However, if you need, you can sell a customised catalog for your need from the very beginning
or you can switch to the normal fixed price contract - up to you.
