How to become Top Rated on Upwork?

Hey hey! I think main answers are also needed in this blog.

So long story short, main rules:

you need 1000$ and at least 2 different clients.

Additional requirements to remember:

1. These 2 contracts should be not opened but completed with eligible feedback.

2. From the first opened contract should last 90 days
3. You should have JSS more than 90%
4. These 1000$ is not for all time but for the last 12 months
5. 100% filled profile (add all sections)
6. No holds for the last 90 days
7. Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings)

Not obvious but also important

8. You should be eligible for at least 13 out of 16 weeks (no need to wait 16 out of 16)

9. Response time less than 24 hours
