Upwork for Enterprise clients has changed. Go Lifted and how Linkedin influents Upwork now.

Upwork for Enterprise clients has changed. Go Lifted and how Linkedin influents Upwork now.

I was thinking what to talk about on the monday's article and at the same time I was working on my Linkedin banner for Linkedin Marathon I'll participate.

I am not a designer, plus all cats can't fitin one banner :'(

But I remembered I didn't write an article about https://go-lifted.com/talent#form

Lifted is now a new Upwork Enterprise, but let me clarify what it means.

Upwork enterprise clients have a separate dashboard to post jobs and to work with the employees. Right now, all contracts are shown on Upwork as well just without a feedback like:

Also could be with a sign like

What is the difference?

On the first screen you see the job exactly set from the hidden Enterprise dash and on the second screen you see the hire done by Enterprise client directly on Upwork.

So what is Lifted? It's a landing page for this already done dashboard BUT the talent aquisition specialists are not going to spam everyone from now, they are going to choose from the waiting list of prescreened candidates. The screening will be done based on your Linkedin page (what a sur!).

Right now, Lifted is not working fully and based on the open information, they are hiring a marketing team, product managers, drupal and kotlin developers for the early stage. So my guess is you have a few more months to update your linkedin for a needed cool level.

I also want to update mine, because I am not sure why recruiters are proposing me a leadgen position even though I have 11 years in sales?

Hugs,

Tamara
