Why am I writing this article? Because many of you are asking to leave feedback. And your clients are leaving but not the ones you want!
What's wrong with this feedback?
Right, it's given when the contract is still on, so in progress.
Do we need it?
If you want it to be beautiful:) You can request the client to leave you feedback or he can do it himself.
When?
After 14 days of a contract which is in progress and no earlier than after 30 days of a previous mid-feedback.
What will happen when he closes the contract and leaves me another feedback?
Both will be visible
or
Will this feedback influence my JSS?
No.
