How to rank on the first page on Upwork - even as a broad "Full stack developer"? Exore Case

I have a client, who became the best in promoting other agencies on Upwork. They actually learnt how Upwork semantic keywords work and they help other people to get higher too.

How it's started
For the full stack developer, they were in the middle of nowhere, for the full stack development - on the 85 place.
"Full stack developer" is a very wide request. It's super hard to range there. I even don't recommend it overall.
Results
It took 7 weeks and here is the result, they are on a first page for extablieshed clients on almost all requests.
When Anna (main person who is helping teams) wrote me yesterday, I've checked myself. 5 place means 3rd organic in the whole world! Congratulations to Exore team and to Malevich team with the great results.

What to do to rank on the first world pages?
- Basics. Your main request should be in each title, section, description
- Suggestions. Took Upwork suggested words and put them into the description and portfolio items descriptions
- Related queries. Same - into description and portfolio item descriptions
- Work on your Work history keywords always.
- Daily updates. This one changes all the time. SOmetimes, uyou need to change only skills, sometimes, links.
It's an every day job and I have only 3 hours left for consulting in May so I can't help now.
