I heard this many times: I don't have enough jobs to apply to.
Let's check the main mistakes:

You think your main dashboard shows you all the jobs

No, darling. Here is the main jobs list https://www.upwork.com/nx/search/jobs/

You are not changing to the most recent

You are searching only by keywords.

For example, "React" so you don;t see jobs where there are NO React but they just want the job to be done.

You are searching only by category.

And you don't see that not all clients are choosing right categoories and even more: Upwork is suggesting not always the right categories:

You are not searching for typos
