Your JSS dropped. What to do?
One day you woke up and saw 4 stars feedback which dropped your JSS to 87%, what to do?
- Is this your Agency JSS? If you are an exclusive team member than your options:
a. Become non-exclusive. You'll get your own JSS (count first will it be better)
b. Close more contracts set on your agency (from any members) to cover the bad feedback one. How JSS is calculated on Upwork. Simplified explanation
c. Make a refund on the bad feedback contract (note, that bad closing reason may still a bit influence)
- Is this only your JSS?
a. Close contracts on your profile to cover
b. Make a refund on the bad feedback contract (note, that bad closing reason may still a bit influence)
c. Report the feedback if inappropriate. It will be deleted
d. Wait 6 months and make only 5 stars feedbacks, 100% will come back
